Glamp Mobile, Inc. Rental Terms and Conditions
These Rental Terms and Conditions (the “Rental Terms”) govern the reservation, rental, and use of Glamp Mobile, Inc. vehicles. By signing the Intake Form, Renter agrees to be bound by the Agreement and these Rental Terms and accepts full responsibility for them.
These Rental Terms apply in combination with any additional terms provided at the time of rental, including but not limited to the Intake Form, insurance terms, schedules, and other policies (collectively, the “Agreement”). The Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Renter and Owner and may only be modified in writing signed by both parties.
A copy of these Rental Terms will be emailed to the address provided during booking.
As a condition of rental, Renter is required to purchase supplemental third-party insurance coverage for the entire Rental Period. Owner reserves the right to cancel the rental without liability if proof of supplemental insurance is not provided.
Electronic signatures and checkbox confirmations are legally binding.
1. Definitions

Charges: All fees set forth in the Intake Form and additional charges incurred under the Agreement.

Driver: An individual authorized to operate the Vehicle under these Rental Terms.

Owner / Glamp: Glamp Mobile, Inc., including subsidiaries and affiliates.

Rental Period: The period from when Renter takes possession until the Vehicle is returned and checked in, including any Extended Return Time.

Rental Return Date: The date listed on the Intake Form by which the Vehicle must be returned.

Renter / You: The individual or entity identified on the Intake Form.

Vehicle: The vehicle identified on the Intake Form or any approved replacement vehicle.
2. Use of Vehicle
Authorized Drivers
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, only the Renter may drive the Vehicle. Additional drivers must be approved in writing and may incur additional charges. Renter remains financially responsible at all times.
Reservation & Payment
A deposit is required to reserve the Vehicle. Reservation is confirmed only after receipt of confirmation email. Remaining balance and any additional charges are due at pickup.
Vehicle must be picked up and returned at Owner’s business address unless otherwise agreed.
Rates & Charges
Rental rates apply to consecutive 24-hour periods. Renter authorizes Owner to charge the credit card provided for all fees and additional Charges.
Delivery & Retrieval
Delivery and retrieval may be available for additional fees within 75 miles of Owner’s office, subject to Owner approval.
Late Return
Vehicle must be returned by 4:00 PM Eastern on the Rental Return Date unless otherwise approved.
Late Return Charges:

$350 per 24-hour period (rounded up)

$100 administrative fee per late day
Region
Vehicle may only be used in the contiguous United States and Canada.
Mileage
Unlimited miles per day during Rental Period.
Fuel
Vehicle must be returned with fuel level at or above pickup level. Otherwise, Renter will be charged market fuel rate plus $50 administrative fee.
Pets
Pets allowed with $100 non-refundable pet fee per Rental Period. Additional cleaning fees may apply.
Towing
Towing up to 5000 lbs allowed with optional tow hitch for $200 non-refundable fee per Rental Period.
Smoking
Smoking (including vaping) is prohibited. Cleaning and deodorizing fees will apply if violation occurs.
3. Cancellation Policy

45+ days before Rental Start Date: 100% refund

44–30 days: Security deposit forfeited, other fees refunded

29–14 days: Security deposit + 50% of other fees forfeited

Less than 14 days: No refund
4. No Guarantee
If Vehicle becomes unavailable due to events outside Owner’s control, Owner may cancel the rental. Renter’s sole remedy is a refund of fees paid.
5. Renter Obligations & Limits on Use
Renter Responsibilities

Payment of tolls plus $1 per toll processing fee

Payment of all damages if at fault

Payment of parking and traffic violations ($100 admin fee per unreported violation)
Prohibited Uses
Vehicle may NOT be used:

By unauthorized drivers
-
For illegal purposes
-
For racing or reckless driving
-
Off-road or on unmaintained roads
-
Outside authorized region
-
For commercial transport
-
While driver is impaired
-
In excess of seatbelt capacity
-
To transport hazardous materials
-
To sublease
Roadside Assistance
Renter must contact Owner immediately. Additional charges may apply.
Accidents
Accidents, theft, or damage must be reported immediately and no later than the next business day.
6. Representations & Warranties
Owner warrants right to rent Vehicle.
Renter warrants:

Valid driver’s license

Compliance with laws
-
Accurate information provided
-
No tampering with Vehicle
7. Limitation of Liability
Owner’s sole liability is limited to providing a substitute vehicle or refund of unused rental days.
RENTER WAIVES CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, AND PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
8. Disclaimer
Vehicle and accessories are provided “AS IS.” Owner disclaims all warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Owner is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property.
9. Personal Information
Renter consents to Owner’s Privacy Policy available at:

10. Social Media & Branding
Renter may share experiences but may not:

Suggest sponsorship or endorsement
-
Modify logos
-
Use Branding for commercial purposes

Create confusingly similar domain names
-
Associate Branding with unlawful or inappropriate material
Brand usage must follow Glamp’s guidelines.
11. Insurance
Renter must:

Maintain full coverage auto insurance
-
Provide proof of insurance
-
Purchase supplemental third-party liability insurance for entire Rental Period
Rental prohibited without required insurance.
12. Termination for Violation
Violation of Agreement terminates rental rights. Owner may seize Vehicle and recover related costs.
13. Indemnification
Renter agrees to indemnify and hold Owner harmless from all losses, liabilities, damages, claims, and expenses arising from rental or Vehicle use.
14. Arbitration
All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under AAA rules. Jury trials and class actions are waived. Arbitration governed by New Hampshire law.
15. Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
16. Non-Assignment
Renter may not assign rights without Owner’s written consent.
17. Headings
Headings are for reference only.
18. Severability
If any provision is unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in effect.
19. Choice of Law
Agreement governed by laws of the State of New Hampshire.
By signing the Intake Form, Renter agrees to these Rental Terms and the Agreement.
