1. Accounts & Account Security

To access most features, you must create an account.

You agree to:

  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials

  • Notify us of unauthorized access

You may uninstall the App at any time.

All content is owned by Glamp or licensed providers.

You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only.

No reproduction or commercial use without written permission.

Any feedback you provide becomes the property of Glamp.

We may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or policies.

7. Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms.

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time without notice.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

10. Limitation of Liability

GLAMP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

Certain liabilities cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Glamp harmless from claims resulting from your violation of these Terms.

12. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Before filing a lawsuit, parties agree to provide 30 days written notice and attempt good-faith resolution.

All disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable rules.

You waive the right to participate in class actions and jury trials.

Jurisdiction and venue shall be New Hampshire.

13. Notices

Notices may be provided via email or posting to the Services.

14. Assignment

Glamp may assign these Terms without restriction. You may not assign without written consent.

15. Severability

If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

16. Consent to Electronic Communication

You consent to receiving electronic communications including push notifications, text messages, and emails related to rentals, transactions, service usage, and promotions.

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

17. Export Compliance

You may not use or export Services in violation of applicable export laws.

18. No Waiver

Failure to enforce rights does not constitute a waiver.

19. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire.

Disputes not subject to arbitration shall be resolved in state or federal courts in New Hampshire.

20. No Beneficiaries

These Terms do not create third-party beneficiary rights.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Glamp regarding the Services.
